Senior throwers Jared Kern and Isaac Ingram concluded their indoor season at the NCAA Indoor Championships this weekend.

The two throwers were the only athletes from the SIU track and field team to qualify in their respective events for the NCAA Championships.

Kern opened on Friday in the shot put with an 11th-place finish with a mark of 62′-o0.25″, which earned him Second Team All-American honors.
