Officers stand outside Illusions Barber Shop on West Walnut Street after a woman threw several chairs through the front windows Tuesday. Lt. Matt Dunning said the Carbondale Police Department responded to damage to property calls about 2 p.m. The woman involved in the property damage was arrested at the scene. No injuries were reported.
