The 5th annual Little Muddy Film Festival is accepting submissions until April 5. The festival is accepting photography and films from both undergraduate and graduate students from SIU.

For the first time the festival is also accepting works students made in or through an RSO, such as but not limited to Alt News or Movie Camera Movement.

“We’re assuming/hoping the submissions will be more along the lines of narrative, documentary or experimental film,” Aster Arseneau, president of Big Muddy Crew, said.

All films must be under 10 minutes and submitted on FilmFreeway.com.

This year the festival is collaborating with Photogenesis on the photography portion as well.

Photography should be high-resolution. Photography and digital art pieces need to be submitted to [email protected].

Any submissions also need to have the student’s name, major, year in school and clarify whether they’re submitting photography or digital art. The subject line should be “LMFMF Submission.”
