There were 14 arrests made Tuesday night following the take-over of the Strip for the Halloween celebration.
Jeffery R. Stearns, 20, of Carbondale and an SIUC junior, was arrested for underage possession of alcohol.

Dirk A. Nauman, 23, of Carbondale and an SIUC senior, was arrested for amplified sound.
Michael A. Catlin, 25, of Carbondale and an SIUC sophomore, was arrested for obstructing persons in the roadway.
Erin Gerhard, 22, of Carbondale and an SIUC junior, was arrested for reckless conduct.
Christopher Shover, 23, of Carbondale, was arrested for obstructing person in the roadway.
Erik B. Creek, 19, of Carbondale and an SIUC sophomore, was arrested for mob action.
Jerry P. Adams, 24, of Carbondale, was arrested for mob action.
Joseph L. Pimmermann, 20 of Carbondale, was arrested for obstructing persons in the roadway and mob action.

Tina M. Stanton, 25, of Carbondale and an SIUC sophomore, was arrested for obstructing persons in the roadway.
Kelly T. Boschart, 21, of New Athens, was arrested for battery, resisting a police officer, and obstructing persons in the roadway.
Joseph J. Cox, 22, of Carbondale and an SIUC freshman, was arrested for aggravated battery and resisting a police officer.
There were also three more announcements of person arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, but their names were not released at that time. The new charges were for one damage to property, one charge of public urination, one charge of reckless conduct and a charge of resisting arrest.
Tuesday night, 14 arrests were made and 18 charges were filed. According to one city official, only one person spent the night in jail for their actions.
City officials said all the charges, except aggravated battery and underage possession of alcohol, contain a minimum fine of $50 and a maximum of $500 if they are filed as a city ordinance violation. The possession charge carries a minimum fine of $250 or the fine can be set by the discretion of the judge. The aggravated battery charge is considered a class 3 felony and a fine up to $10,000 can be set.
If any of the charges are listed as a state violation, the fines will be different, but there was no information as to any of the charges being state violations at 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
The roadside safety check on the corner of Illinois Route 13 and Giant City Road which was set up by the state police yielded a total of 89 arrests and 124 written warnings on Friday and Tuesday night.
On Friday night, there were five counts of underage drinking, 21 seat belt tickets, three counts of illegal transportation, five criminal arrests and nine Illinois Vehicle Code violations.
On Tuesday night there was one count of driving under the influence issued, 24 seat belt tickets, three driver’s license violations, two cars with no license plates, two counts of illegal transportation, two criminal arrests and 10 Illinois Vehicle Code violations.
There were 13 state police officers at the safety check on both nights.
