Jihad Baker, 27, of Carbondale, was arrested Thursday for allegedly assaulting someone at Evergreen Terrace on Sept. 29. He was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.

Bradford N. Trogdon, 20, of Carbondale, was charged with reckless conduct Thursday, after he was reportedly seen disabling two smoke detectors in Boomer Hall. Trogdon was released on a pay- by-mail citation.
