Tiana Denica Ashley, 21, of Carbondale, was arrested at midnight Tuesday on a Jackson County outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of retail theft. Craig E. Young, 23, of Carbondale, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Tuesday at the SIUC Police Department. Young was found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant out of Jackson County for failure to appear in court on original charges of speeding and driving on a suspended driver’s license. Young posted $100 cash bail and was released.
