Gov. Pat Quinn congratulates Harrisburg High School basketball player Capel Henshaw Saturday following the team’s victory over Pinckneyville at the Duff-Kingston Gymnasium in El Dorado. Henshaw led Harrisburg with a total of 22 points. The Bulldogs will face Breese Central High School at Super-Sectionals tonight at the SIU Arena at 8 p.m.
