Senior middle blocker Mayes was named MVC player of the

week. Mayes helped her team win its first two MVC matchups Friday and Saturday. In the last three matches, she has averaged 4.09 kills per set with 45 total, six service aces, three solo blocks and 12 stuff block aids.

Senior libero Yeager was named Missouri Valley Conference

defensive player of the week. Yeager marked her 1,000th career dig Friday night in the Salukis’ win against Indiana State University putting her at 1,022. Yeager leads the conference with 6.91 digs per set, with 76 totaled in the Salukis’ last three matches against Southeastern Missouri State University, Indiana State University and Illinois State University.
