By Cole Daily, Staff Reporter

The Salukis battled the Bears of Missouri State on Wednesday, April 27, where they would lose 1-0. That made the series one game to two for MSU.

This was a grueling battle for SIU, neither team could gain an edge.

Missouri State and Southern Illinois went scoreless through the first three innings. Both teams struggled to even get on base.
