Carbondale’s sunset concert series, scheduled for summer of 2020, has been cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, according to a release from SIU.

This would have been the 42nd consecutive year of the concerts, which normally took place on Thursday evenings in June and July.

The concerts are scheduled to return for the 2021 season.
