UPDATE: Carbondale Police learned on Thursday Van Hook was located in Mt. Vernon and was returned home.

The Carbondale Police are attempting to locate a missing juvenile who was last seen on Feb. 25 around 4 p.m. on Walnut St., according to a  release by the Carbondale police.

Ayden Van Hook, age 17, is 5’9″ and weighs 165 lbs. He was last seen wearing black shoes, black sweat pants and a white and gray tie-die hoodie with a skull and red roses on it.

Van Hook is believed to be in the Mt. Vernon or Centralia area, according to the release.

The investigation into Van Hook’s whereabouts is active and ongoing.
