Jason York, of Elvis' Place Concessions, serves up some hot dogs off the grill during the Food Truck Fridays event at the Pavilion in Marion, IL. Food Truck Friday event was put on by the Pavilion and by the Marion Cultural and Civic Center. The event occurs each Friday, where people can come out and enjoy the different foods offered from different food trucks / vendors. "A lot of those events [Fairs] that hold too many people have been cancelled. So this is a nice fix for us. To come in and have people come out and enjoy them in different ways...we've been doing it for fifty years and we have a lot of food to offer. It [COVID-19] definitely affected a lot of the events, so this is helpful," said York. Sept. 11, 2020, Marion Pavilion.
