Libby Phelps, Staff Photographer
Libby Phelps is a junior majoring in journalism with a photojournalism specialization and a minor in sociology. This is her third year working at the Daily Egyptian as a photographer. After graduation from SIU, she hopes to work overseas as a photojournalist after working a few years domestically.
