The SIU Salukis (10-6, 2-3 MVC) took the Missouri State Lady Bears (14-3, 4-1 MVC) down from their number one spot in the MVC rankings, giving them their first loss in conference play this season.
The Salukis narrowly defeated the Lady Bears 70-68 in Friday’s game.
