Seven-year-old Patrice Dotson was last seen today at around 6:00 pm at the 600 block of West Cherry Street according to the City of Carbondale Police Department.

The Police Department is requesting public assistance in locating Dotson. She is 4’00” tall, weighing about 70 pounds, with brown eyes and braided black hair with multi-colored beads. She was last seen wearing gray shorts, a white tee shirt, and pink shoes.

Dotson has a mental developmental disability and may be non-verbal.

Police say that Dotson is believed to be on foot.
