Richard Peterson, a senior studying physics, waits to observe celestial bodies during a free public astronomy observation Sunday on the roof of Neckers Building. The open viewing, sponsored by the physics department, gave students and the public the opportunity to see Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and the moon all in the same night.
