Joshua Hellman, a protester at the commencement ceremony, promotes the passage of the H.B.106 bill, which imposes a tax on transactions within two of the largest financial markets in the world: the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange, on Saturday at the SIU Arena. Hellman stood with five other protesters who were also promoting the passage of the bill, which is also known as the LaSalle Street Tax.
