Former SIU basketball head coach Mullins hired at DePaul University

According to multiple sources, former Head Coach of Saluki Basketball, Bryan Mullins signed as an assistant coach at DePaul University in Chicago.

 

Mullins previously coached the Salukis until the team parted ways with him after the end of the 19-13 season wrapping up with a round-one loss at Arch Madness against the UIC Flames.

Mullins coached at Southern Illinois from 2019 until the end of the 2024 season, after previously being an assistant coach at Loyola Chicago. Mullins deep recruiting ties in the state could be an asset to DePaul.
