Inclement weather could cause courses to be virtual

Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021, She is currently a freshman with a major in Pre-Med and a minor in Art. “I think that it’s really cool that it’s snowing,” Greer says, “But I’m ready for this weather to go away quickly.” According to an SIU Inclement Weather alert, classes beginning at or after 5 p.m. on Feb. 10 could be held virtually at the discretion of the professor. Notices of class format changes for Feb. 10 will be sent out by faculty members. The release also said that in-person services provided by Morris Library, the Student Recreation Center and the Student Center will end at 5 p.m. and that the Saluki Express will stop running at 5:30 pm.
