Jason York, of Elvis’ Place Concessions, serves hot dogs off the grill during the Food Truck Fridays event at the Pavilion in Marion, IL. This event was put on by the Pavilion and by the Marion Cultural and Civic Center. Each Friday, people can come out and enjoy the different foods offered from different food trucks and vendors. “A lot of those events [Fairs] that hold too many people have been cancelled. So this is a nice fix for us. To come in and have people come out and enjoy them in different way,” York said. “We’ve been doing it for fifty years and we have a lot of food to offer.” Sept. 11, 2020, Marion Pavilion.
