Crime Report: Five people arrested on armed robbery charges in Carbondale

Five people were arrested on Aug. 19 in relation to an armed robbery in the 700 block of East Main Street.
The police responded to the armed robbery at 1:46 p.m. and they say the victim was beaten with a firearm and robbed, according to a release from the Carbondale Police Department.
The suspects fled the scene in a blue sport utility vehicle and the officers located the vehicle and arrested all five suspects, according to the release

The suspects are:
Dakota Miskelley, 29, who faces a Pope County warrant and armed robbery charges.
Brent Odum, 27, faces unlawful use of weapons and armed robbery charges.
Tommi Burnett-Miner, 25, was charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
Nicole Swann, 30, was charged with a Franklin County warrant and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
Alexis Wagner, 24, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
All five suspects were sent to the Jackson County Jail, according to the release
