Beaty, a local drummer who was known to strip down to his underwear while playing, was killed March 27. The show at the Lost Cross house was as a celebration of and memorial for the late drummer. Demling said he knew Beaty for 10 years. "There's really no words to express what [Beaty] meant to me," he said.
