SIU moves COVID testing location due to low demand

Reditus Laboratories has ended its services on the SIU Carbondale campus due to low demand.

SIU no longer requires weekly testing for most faculty, staff or students who have not been fully vaccinated for COVID-19. However, students and employees in specific locations, such as the Student Health Center, who are not fully vaccinated must continue to test.

Testing for students and employees with or without symptoms is available by appointment at the Student Health Center Monday through Friday from 1-3 p.m. Call 618-453-3311 to schedule an appointment. Masks are still required in health care facilities, including the Student Health Center.
