Robert Dunne, an Office of Homeland Security agent from Chicago, pays his respects at the site of Chicago police commander Paul Bauers death, Friday, Feb. 16, 2018, outside of Thompson Center in Chicago, Illinois. Bauer was shot to death after chasing a man fleeing from tactical officers, according to the Chicago Tribune. He was a person of exceptional judgment who always did the right thing, Dunne said. He was a tremendous father to a young daughter ÐÊvery devoted, dedicated and always ready to make her a priority.
