On Oct. 9, a jury sentenced Jody Pullen Jr., 28 of Carbondale, to a potential sentence of between 31 and 55 years in prison for the April 12 shooting near Tres Hombres and ABC Liquor, according to a press release from Jackson County’s State’s Attorney.
