I saw the driver of the Mazda and he was drunk and/or high as a kite. He nearly caused a head on crash with me just seconds before in front of the coal plant. By time I hung up with 911 reporting him the wreck happened.

Thank you for calling to report an apparent drunk driver last Saturday night. Although he was not apprehended in time to prevent the accident, I appreciate you. The victims are friends and relatives of mine and they will all be okay except the one child will have a painful recovery which will take some time.

After hearing that there was kids hurt because of this jackass I wish I would have let him hit me head on. I hope the kids make a full recovery. And I hope that drunk POS goes to prison but knowing the Illinois judicial system he will probably get probation and be driving again.
