The defense is looking for other tapes, Johnnie L. Cochran said in an interview. We’re told there’s a possibility that there may be other tapes out there.

The search for new tapes comes as Superior Court Judge Lance Ito prepares to hear arguments this week on about 50 excerpts from Fuhrman’s taped interviews with Laura Hart McKinny, who consulted with Fuhrman from 1985 to July 1994 on a screenplay depicting the difficulties faced by female police officers.
