Monday’s story Beer garden bands under fire should have stated that investigations into noise complaints against Pinch Penny Pub and the review of the city’s noise ordinance relating to beer gardens are independent of one another and are being investigated at the same time.
Also, City Manager Jeff Doherty said there were six complaints filed against Pinch Penny Pub as of Aug. 22.
The DE regrets the errors.
