wins seven Emmys

“ 26:46,” an award-winning alternative news program run from the SIU communications building, won seven Emmy Awards at the Mid-America Emmys in St. Louis Sunday night.

The winners are:

�Tim Wilkerson, who won in the Arts/Entertainment category for his program feature on Don LaFontaine


�James Milner and John Gravatt, who won in the Science/Environment category for their piece on “Body Worlds”

�Sean Brown, who won in the Human Interest – Program Story/Feature category for “Angola Prison Rodeo”

�Sean Brown, in the Director – Post Production category for “Angola Prison Rodeo”

�Scott Blair for Writer/Spot Length (Promo, PSA, Commercial) for the “” promotion

�Scott Blair for On-Camera Talent/Performer-Host

�Tim Wilkerson and Sean Brown for Magazine Program
