Despite the rain, John A. Logan College held its annual Hunting and Fishing Days Sept. 28 and 29, 2024. In addition to a wide array of vendors and activities, the event offered many family friendly activities such as kids fishing and a kids archery arena. Other activities included buckskinners, ax throwing, a live wildlife show, a fish show tank, Dock Dogs competition, an inflatable gun range, and kids metal detecting.
