Jerry Bolen and his daughter Hailey Bolen, both of Carbondale, walk to Kroger grocery store Monday in Carbondale.  Bolen said Hailey wanted to walk.  “She loves the rain,” he said.  According to the National Weather Service website, there is a good chance of rain over the next seven days, and southern Illinois is in an extreme drought. – Steve Matzker | Daily Egyptian
